Do you ship internationally?

At the current time I do not. I am hoping to offer International shipping as soon as possible. Join my mailing list and be one of the first to know when we do! 

What type of payments does your store accept?

I accept all major forms of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Prints can take a maximum of 2 weeks (during busy season/holidays) to prepare your items to be created and shipped. Every item on this website is created after your order is placed. Once your item has been created, and prepared to ship, there is then an additional shipping time.

How are prints packaged to ship? 

 

What kind of inks/papers do you use?

For each unique artwork, I decide on a paper that will enhance that particular art. All inks are high quality, professional grade, archival, vibrant pigment based inks, which will provide vibrant, vivid, luminous colors, and will preserve the look of the artwork for many years without fading.

The papers are also carefully selected to ... the each artwork, from glossy, semi- glossy, to high quality Rag paper. 

 

Do your prints have an added border?

Yes, I do include a borders, they vary, from 1/4" - 1" border, depending on the size of the artwork. 

 

What is the return/ refund policy? 

I offer a 30 Day Return/Refund Policy.

 

Returns on Printed Items and Unframed Prints:

If you are not happy with your print purchase please contact me within 30 days of the date you placed your order and I will either refund or replace the item that did not live up to my quality standards. 

If the item you would like to return is NOT defective/damaged the original shipping fee will not be refunded, and return shipping fee is the customers responsibility. 

 

Returns on Frames, Mats and Glazing: N/A

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

30 Day Refund/ Replacement Guarantee on Damaged or Defective Items. 

I guarantee the quality of every item sold in my shop. I do my best to ensure that my items are crafted and carefully packaged before shipping. 

However, if by some unfortunate circumstance your print or keepsake item arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact me wihtin 30 days of placing your order, and I will work with you on refunding or reprinting/replacing the order as necessary. To help expedite this process, please provide a clear digital photo of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) and also a photo of your packing slip to my customer service email at donnalisaart@gmail.com

 

What if my print /item arrives damaged in shipping?

If your item was damaged during shipment, please contact me within a week of receiving it, so that I can make the appropriate arrangements to have the damaged items refunded or replaced. To expedite the process, please take some digital photos of the outer packaging, damaged prints/products and forward them to my customer service email at donnalisaart@gmail.com.

 

Who covers the shipping costs?

In cases where there is a defect/damaged product we will cover the shipping costs. Please do not return your item before contacting us, and following our return instructions, as to not delay the process. 

If a product is damaged or defective, please make arrangements first, via my customer support email, as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to me. 

For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

 What are the return instructions for damaged items?

1. Contact customer support at donnalisaart@gmail.com to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. 

2. Be sure to specify the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return request in your message. Also please indicate any preference for replacement, exchange, return or refund. 

3. Please provide clear digital images of damaged or defective products. 

4. If damage occurred during shipping process please take a few digital images of damaged box/products. 

5. Please send the return request, photos, and a clear explanation of the problem to my customer service email at donnalisaart@gmail.com

 

What is your refund processing time?

Refunds can take up to 14 business days. Refund processing time can vary between banks and their processing times. 

 

Can a refund be cancelled?

No, After we have issued a refund to your account it can not be cancelled.
