Shipping policy

Order Preparation:
In general my shipping speed and price depends on the products you order, processing times, and shipping destination of your order.
The preparation of prints may take up to 7 business days (depending on the item purchased), to create and process, it will then be packaged for shipment. Additional shipping transit times can vary depending on shipping options available, holiday seasons and weather.
Please be advised that certain framed and or mounted prints, and some specialty gifts may require more then 7 days processing time to create these products, carefully package, and prepare to ship. Though it is a rare, if it is a large order, or is during the busy holiday season, it can take a few extra days to prepare your order before shipping. Shipping can take from 4 days to two week in US, and up to 3 weeks for International. (International shipping is currently not available)
However if and when a shipment delay occurs, I will contact you, so that there are no surprises. If you would like to purchase a print or gift, and you are unsure if you will receive it in time, please don't hesitate to ask me ahead of your purchase just to be sure.
Can I have multiple shipping addresses?
No. Only one shipping destination can be entered per order.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
How are prints packaged and shipped?
Prints are shipped either flat or rolled depending on the type and size of print purchased. All prints, canvases and gift items are shipped to you very carefully, with protective materials, and also protected from moisture during transit. Prints are cushioned and protected with 100% recycled packing paper, reinforced with cardboard, and protected inside clear plastic print sleeves, all of which are carefully secured as to not bounce around during shipping. Please be very careful when opening your package as to not cut or damage your print. Please unpack your print upon arrival and store flat. (See my "Care Tips" for helpful instructions on how to flatten your print) Please review my print and gifts order processing times, and additional shipping policy before you place your order.
Shipping Prints Flat
Mounted / Framed prints are packaged in oversized corrugated boxes for added protection. Small to mid size paper prints on fine art papers are usually shipped flat if they can safely fit within a 24×30 inch or smaller area touching the sides of the package.
Shipping Prints Rolled
Unmounted canvas, and and posters may be shipped rolled. Fine art paper prints that are too large to ship flat (see above) will be shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.
Shipping non-prints
Other non print/ gift type, keepsakes, stationary, etc, will be carefully packaged shipped in various types of packaging.
Quality Assurance:
Quality Inspected and Stamped: Your order will be carefully inspected for print quality and packaging prior to shipment, to ensure that it meats quality standards!
Who Will Deliver My Prints?
Prints are usually delivered by either USPS or UPS. In most cases, mounted prints ship via UPS, but this will ultimately be dependent upon print size. Prints sized greater than 16×20 may also be shipped via UPS. Otherwise smaller prints are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Occasionally we may ship an item via Fedex.
*Please be advised that during the winter months, inclement weather, and during holiday season, UPS and the Post Office WILL experience a higher level of shipping delays. Because of this, delays in shipping or transit time are more likely to occur and estimated arrival times is just an estimate.
SHIPPING: As of February 2023, I have converted my entire shop over to FREE SHIPPING. Yay!
*RETURN SHIPPING - is NOT free, and in accordance to my return/ refund policy. In most cases customer will pay for return shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I currently do not ship Internationally at this time, but hope to in the future. Please jojin my mailing list to be informed when this changes.
Please be advised for orders shipping to Iceland the receiver will incur a charge of $10.35 USD to receive their order.
Custom Fees:
When or if I do accept Iternational orders, International shipments may incur customs fees depending on the country and their regulations. Any customs fees are to be paid to the appropriate customs agency by the customer.
I do not ship to the following countries: Cuba, Crimea, Falkland Islands, Iran, North Korea, Somalia, Syria, Sudan and Republic of the Union of Myanmar. (I reserve the right to update and decline shipping to other locations at my discretion)
